Crystal Welch is one of the most sought after Permanent Cosmetic Artist in South Louisiana. She has performed numerous procedures over the past 6 years. She started as a Makeup Artist 13 years ago training with Nancy Neal a well known Makeup Artist in Baton Rouge. She received her Esthetics training in Covington, LA and many other places over the United States. Crystal attended school in Fort Worth, Texas under the training of Sandi Hammons (The Pioneer of Permanent Cosmetics). She went on to train hands on under Debra Edwards I.C.T., whom has retired from the industry after 20 plus years. All Clients who have received thier makeup through Crystal Welch at her previous location are still covered for the follow-up within 6 months after initial treatments. Clients past the 6 months wanting a touchup are still eligible for 1/2 off the original cost.
