Spa Day Cancellation Policy
Keep in mind that we have a 48 Hour cancellation policy. If you should have to cancel for any reason, this should be done 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you do cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will forfeit half the monetary value of your giftcard. If you do not have a Gift Card, we require a credit card number to hold as a deposit, If spa day is canceled within 48 hours of appointment, card will be ran for half the total amount of spa package. If you should choose to no show on the day of your appointment your credit card or Gift card will be charged the full amount of Spa Day.
Late Arrival's keep in mind that if you arrive late for your spa day this could require us to shorten the length of services, so that other guests are not inconvenienced. Full Charges will apply.
